Azabu Japanese Restuarant at Robinsons Galleria Cebu

This Japanese restaurant located in Robinson's Galleria has great food but I am not so please with the service time. 

When you step in the restaurant the staff takes a long time to get your order. Though, the staff are very friendly the serving time for customers is just a drag.

So now you have placed your order, the wait is long probably 15-20 minutes. It's too much for a Japanese restaurant. 

Finally, when my orders were served. The noodles are a must try on a cold and rainy day. The noodles are big and chewy. Tempura is crunchy on the outside but soft and chewy in the inside. Fried chicken is above you average fast food taste. The macha tea was a new experience to my taste bud and it was tasty as well.

Another thing, this place doesn't have their own restroom so you have to go out  and go inside the mall for that.

As to if it is person with disability friendly area, the place is accessible.

The price is somewhere being affordable.

All in all the place, is a must try. And patience is a virtue.

Phat PHo Vietnamese Restaurant at Ayala Center Cebu

This Vietnamese theme restaurant located in Ayala Center Cebu delivers a similar taste like Lemon Grass but with a twist.

The ambience of the restaurant is very earthly in hues of brown with wooden beams criss crossing all over the restaurant. While the ligts are encased in wooden sticks floating over our heads. Which gives off a dreamy atmosphere. The place is definitely classy in it own way.

Moving onto food, as I have mentioned earlier it reminded me of Lemon Grass but with a twist. The taste for example has some sweetness, sourness in one plate. It leaves you confused but wanting for more.

Servings are big which can be shared by two, a great savings I must say. 

Shakes you can mix 2 to 3 fruits like banana and mango or watermelon and carrot. It all depends of fruit availability and your taste buds as well. At first I didn't like mixing 2 fruits in a shake but once they are serve it doesn't matter in the end they blend together and gives your tongue a surprise, definitely a must try.

All in all, the food and ambience was great.

Prices are moderately expensive but since the servings are good for two it comes out as a fair price.

French Baker at SM Seaside Cebu City

The French Baker franchise has arrive in SM Seaside Cebu located at the lower ground floor situated in the corner next to SM store Kids Section. So if ever you got tired of going around shopping for kid and baby stuff. Just step out of the store a bit turn to your right and there it is.

And if you still are unable to find it, let your nose lead you the way with its freshly baked brad, croissants and pastries. I bet you it is hard to miss.

What I love about the place is the cozy ambiance- soft lighting and cushy chairs.

Food serve are good for 1 or 2 but it depends if you are hungry then a second order needs to be made. Whether you are coming in for lunch or dinner they are well prepared to serve it, just check there menu.

Shakes are serve in large glasses good for 2

Breads are in a variety soft, crunchy or crunchy on the outside and soft in the side. It is available at the counter for you to order.

Pastries soft and colorful a feast for your eyes - a must try.

And if you need to pee they have their own restroom at the corner no need for you to walk far.

Banana Leaf Restaurant in Ayala Center Cebu

This Thai fusion restaurant has been in Ayala Center Cebu for quite some time,  but this is just my 3rd time to be here. Thus I forgot the taste of food here sometimes...hahaha.

Anyways, the first was with my sister and she blog about it sometime ago and the other was with our cousins for a bonding.

The experience with my sister was bad trip because the staff who assisted us during the dining experience was in a bad mood and she showed it. So we were hesitating to ask and order something else.

This time, still a lot of drama...but the food brings back good memories.

La Mesa Restaurant at SM Seaside City

Another restaurant found in SM Seaside City Cebu is ...La Mesa. It has a Filipino ambience. 

It serves traditional Filipino cuisine but the taste of food was not impressive and the price was expensive.

Like for example this Sinugba platter I ordered. All of your favorite sinugba is here in one serving good for 2. 

What was lacking for me was a unique dipping sauce to kick what is usually serve. 

Thus my total experience is just a one time visit for me.
